At CiviM Grains, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We ensure that every product delivered is fresh, high-quality, and securely packed.
However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains our terms for refunds, returns, and cancellations.

2. Return Policy

Because our products include perishable items like grains, pulses, flour, and food essentials, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns:

You may request a return if:

  • You received a wrong product or incorrect quantity.

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or expired upon delivery.

  • You received a product that does not match your order description.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed.

  • The product is damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, contact us at civimgrains.marketing@gmail.com with your order ID, images of the product, and reason for return.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in valid cases as per our return guidelines.

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., bank, UPI, or card).

  • Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If you made a COD (Cash on Delivery) purchase, we will request your bank details to process a bank transfer refund.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be approved if:

  • Only part of the order was incorrect or damaged.

  • Replacement is not available for certain items.

4. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer:

  • You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

To cancel an order, contact our support team via email or phone with your order ID.

Order Cancellation by CiviM Grains:

We may cancel your order under certain situations, such as:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued

  • Incorrect pricing or technical error

  • Incomplete payment or invalid transaction

In such cases, any deducted amount will be fully refunded to the original payment source.

5. Replacement Policy

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or wrong, we can arrange for a free replacement (if stock is available).
Replacement will be shipped once the damaged item is verified and approved by our support team.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your payment provider or credit card company. (It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.)

  • If you still haven’t received it after 7 business days, please email us at civimgrains.marketing@gmail.com.
