We are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our process, timelines, and conditions for delivering your orders within India.

2. Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver to most locations across India, depending on the availability of reliable courier and logistics partners.
Before placing an order, please ensure your area is serviceable through our delivery partners.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delays can occur due to weather, high demand, holidays, or courier issues beyond our control.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a specific amount during promotions or offers.

  • For large or bulk orders, additional shipping costs may apply, which will be informed before confirmation.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order directly using the provided link or through the courier’s website until it reaches your address.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will make two (2) attempts to deliver your order.
If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect after two attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and the customer may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products.
However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos as proof.
Our support team will review your case and arrange for replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

CiviM Grains will not be responsible for non-delivery if:

  • The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • The recipient is unavailable during delivery attempts.

  • The package is refused at the time of delivery.

Re-delivery may incur extra charges.

10. International Shipping

Currently, CiviM Grains ships only within India.
We do not offer international delivery at this time.

11. Delay in Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time, certain circumstances (such as natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or logistic delays) may affect delivery.
In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or phone.
